1. General provisions

These terms govern the purchase and sale of goods on manocarplay.lt. By placing an order the buyer confirms that they have read and accept them.

The seller is ManoCarPlay.lt, Lazdynėlių g. 4, Vilnius, Lithuania, info@manocarplay.lt, +370 643 26163.

2. Placing an order

1. The buyer submits an enquiry on the website, by phone or via WhatsApp, stating the car's make, model, year and infotainment system.
2. The seller checks compatibility and confirms which module fits and what the exact price is.
3. The order is deemed concluded once payment is made or written confirmation is given.

The seller reserves the right to decline an order if it turns out that no suitable module exists for that particular car. In such a case the amount paid is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
• The price of a module depends on the car and its infotainment system — we confirm the final price before payment.
• Payment methods: Stripe (Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay) or bank transfer.

Promotional prices apply for the stated period or while stocks last.

4. Delivery

We ship within 4–15 working days of order confirmation. Shipping is free worldwide — by Omniva parcel locker, LP Express courier or international post. Pickup in Vilnius is possible by prior arrangement. More in our delivery policy.

5. Returns

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the buyer, or a person they name, physically receives the goods — not on the day the order is placed. The item must be undamaged and complete. We refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods. More in our returns policy.

6. Warranty

All goods carry a 6-month commercial warranty, which does not affect the buyer's statutory rights under EU consumer law. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, moisture damage, incorrect installation or dismantling the product yourself. More in our warranty terms.

8. Liability of the parties

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided — if a module is selected on the basis of incorrect car information, the buyer covers the cost of shipping the exchange.

The seller is responsible for the quality and completeness of the goods and for providing services on the agreed terms.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes are settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may turn to the consumer protection authority of their country of residence or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

10. Final provisions

The seller may amend these terms. The version in force when the order was placed applies to that order. "Apple CarPlay" and "Android Auto" are trademarks of Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively; ManoCarPlay.lt is not affiliated with these companies.
